What Shipping Methods Are Available?

DigiMax Online shop ships directly to the customer’s door using the shipping address as per the order details. This must be a physical address as our couriers ship to physical addresses only.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your location, shipping can take from 24hours (next day delivery for major centers) or up to 72 hours for the very outlying areas.

How Do I Track My Order?

After order is placed, our consultants will email you your waybill number and the tracking link for the courier company in question. With this, you can be able to track progress on the shipment of your order.

How Do I Place an Order?

Placing an order on the DigiMax online shop platform is very easy. You find the product/s that you want, add it to the cart and follow a simple checkout process. When you complete the checkout process, you will be presented with two payment options namely:

  1. Direct deposit to our bank account
  2. Immediate Payment through the PAYFAST payment gateway

In the case of option 1, you will receive confirmation of your order and you will be able to get our banking details on this order confirmation page. Please proceed to make payment using your order number as reference and send the proof of payment to sales@digi-max.co.za. Once we have received the PoP, at this point, we will begin processing your order and we would soon notify you of the next steps.

In the case of option 2, you will be presented with a number of payment options by Payfast. Select your preferred payment method and proceed to make the payment. You will then get an order confirmation page as well as an order notification to your registered email address. At this point, we will begin processing your order and we would soon notify you of next steps.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

It is possible to place an order as a guest i.e without creating an account. Note however that we will still need some information such as billing and shipping information in order to know where to ship your order to. We will also use your supplied contact information in order to send you order notifications and any such important information. We strongly recommend that you create an account so that the process becomes easy for your future shopping on our online shop.
