The PL7400 is designed for MikroTik products with microUSB ports, like the hAP mini or hAP lite. By connecting the PL7400 to both your electrical outlet and the USB cable you can power your supported MikroTik device. When doing the same with another PWR-LINE compatible device somewhere further on your premises, the devices will form a connection without needing to install any LAN cables.
